TRADER SPORTS ORDERING & PAYMENT POLICIES

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Trader Sports accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER as form of Payment.
50% of Total Invoice Due Upon Receipt of Order and 50% Balance Due on Day of Shipping.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:

Your Custom Uniforms will be Shipped Approximately four weeks from the Day your Order is received.
Orders will be shipped UPS Ground with an Average Freight Cost of $10.00 to $18.00 depending on destination.
NOTE: TRADER SPORTS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS MADE TO A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

Trader Sports Uniforms are Custom, Made to Order . Uniforms cannot be canceled once they have entered production, which is normally 24 hours after receipt of Order. Should a Custom Order be canceled after production begins, the 50% deposit WILL NOT be refundable.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS:

Trader Sports is dedicated to its quality and service commitments and will accept returns under the following conditions:
Upon inspection, product is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
Trader Sports error in complying with customer's purchase order or a shipping error.
All Trader Sports returns must be authorized by Trader Sports Customer Service Department. An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be issued and must be on ALL Cartons.

FILL-INS:

Trader Sports gives you the option of re-ordering any quantity of fill-ins to your custom uniforms. The following surcharges are added according to quantity:
3 or More (per style per color) NO EXTRA CHARGE
1-2 Add (per style per color) 15% TO UNIFORM PRICE

LAUNDERING & CARE OF CUSTOM UNIFORMS

Trader Sports recommends the following cleaning and storing procedures.

Laundry Preparation

Launder uniforms immediately after each wearing.

Garments that cannot be laundered promptly should be "rinsed out" in "cold water" (tap water) and hung individually on rust-proof hangers.

Perspiration fading will occur if uniforms are left "wet" in a pile or in a travel/laundry bag.

Washing

All garments should be washed in "cold water". Rinse-water temperature should not vary more than a few degrees from wash-water temperature.

Wash with a " mild " detergent (ph under 10.0) for washing all uniforms.

Do not use chlorine bleach, or any form of bleaching agent, whitener/brightner, or laundry booster.
(Extensive fading and/or color bleeding will result).

Drying

For best results, uniforms should be hung to drip dry. When tumble drying, use the lowest temperature or "air only" setting.
Remove all uniforms promptly from the dryer.

Special Note: Excessive heat and/or extended drying time will cause :

Shrinkage that may alter the size of the uniform.

Irreparable damage to screen-printed lettering and numbers.

Dry Cleaning

DO NOT DRY CLEAN any uniforms.

Storage

Dry garments completely before storing.

Store in a cool dry area, protected from sunlight and fluorescent light to prevent mildew and yellowing.
